It seems that the
body-mind seems to know when it wants the frequency and when it doesn't.
There are reports of
using a frequency for a period of 10 to 45 minutes, for example, and
really feeling the effect and feeling positive about it. At some point a
saturation of some kind seems to occur and then if the frequency is used
past that point they may start feeling a progressive agitation, mild
headache, even dizzy. These are all symptoms very similar to
overeating. Since it is possible that the body-mind is being 'fed'
acoustic energy, it just makes sense to allow it to stop 'eating' when
it is full. Pay attention to this, because it seems unlikely to be
helpful if its overdone, same with anything really.
Also, on some days
it may work really well, others barely at all and on other days the
body-mind may very well not want it and will say so. Go by how you or
whoever is using the frequency feels.
The feeling should
always be positive, natural, happy, balanced. Even if the person starts
feeling GREAT, if they start getting too bouncy or jumpy, hyper, I would
suggest easing off to stopping.
Wait until the calm
happy balancing effect is in place, maintain it, and when the balance
starts to change, stop using. |
