· Money Management - Creating and distributing pay checks for our four full-time employees. Collecting receipts/expense reports and reimbursing all managers, trainers, and fighters. Payments to all companies/employees and fighters for our events including receiving cash from ticket sales.
· Press Material - Creating and distributing press material for all local and boxing press. Including our company news (ex. signing of a new fighter, upcoming fights, etc.) and Seeno Group events.
· Coordinator - I was the head coordinator in putting together two boxing events each with over 1,200 in attendance. Friday the 13th Massacre(4-13-07) and Saturday Night Showdown(7-28-07). Both were held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center each with over $100,000 budget.

· Handle Clients - I met with clients and reviewed documents in order to determine which process(es) they needed to go through. I handled all residence, visa extension, work/travel permits, affidavits and citizenship cases as well as helping with business visas. I spoke with clients from all over the world in my office, through email, and phone calls including emails and phone calls with USCIS immigration officers.
· Hiring/ Training - I hired and trained secretaries and temps when needed.
Deadlines - I was responsible for all deadlines including responses to government requests, filing of visas/permits, and following up with USCIS to make sure that our clients' cases were seen in a proper time.
· Office Duties - I took calls regarding my cases and problem cases. I also helped with the secretarial duties when needed including answering phones, data entry, filing documents, and notifying clients of appt.’s.
Customer Service Representative, Circuit City; Miami, FL September 2000 - October 2001
· Customer Service - I worked as a customer service rep. in the returns department. Our job was to try to turn returns into exchanges and make the customer happy. We processed credit app’s., sold warranty, sent out repairs, answered phones and dealt with customers face-to-face with all problems from finding a cd to programming their new t.v.
· Shipping/ Receiving - I specialized in the ordering, receiving, and distributing of parts for our store and for customers. I collected money at the end of the night and closed out all the registers.
· Sales, etc. - I had to work all other aspects at Circuit City such as working in the warehouse, sales, and merchandising.
