EFT
provides a simple and highly effective
way of working with the meridian energy
system of the human body. A tried and
tested formula of some of the most
potent access points in the meridian
network can be run through in a
straightforward sequence that takes no
more than a couple of minutes. After
years of studying acupressure charts to
find specific sequences of points for
specific problems, be they emotional or
physical, I declare it here that these
days I tend to use straightforward EFT
90% of the time both personally and
professionally. For those who might like
to know the energy channels involved in
the EFT sequence, the names of the
meridians and their particular
psychological properties, I am posting
here a table which we passed around at
the “Meridian Journey” workshop at
Oxford last August. I hope you find it
to be of value. With best wishes
